March 25th is the International Day of Waffle!
Waffles come from ancient Greece; basically they are a cake cooked in a waffle iron patterned with a very distinctive shape, they are usually eaten for breakfast, and sometimes, for snacks or dinner.
I wanted to join this celebration searching for blogs related to this comfort food and found Ginny’s Kitchen.
Inside her blog Ginny offers a section called Weekly Waffle, which aims is to have a new waffle recipe every Sunday leaving us so far with 12 different recipes of yummy Waffles.
